II. Family Background:
Angel is the only daughter of Mr. Rodolfo V. Asuncion and Mrs. Eileen Marichu Belen. His father is the sole breadwinner in the family who works as Nursing Attendant in Orthopaedic Hospital while her mom stays at home with her.
They lived in a small room rented for 1,500/month and schooling with the aid of scholarship from Bustos Municipal Social Welfare Office.
Angel was born with Clubfoot and Urogenic Disease. Due to parents blood incompatibility.
III. Educational Background:
Her first schooling was at the age of 6 in Colegio De Sto.Nino De Bustos under the Special Education class. She was with adult class and seen to be inclined in arts.
After a year of schooling she was then referred to grade l and though with slight difficulty in reading she is at present in grade ll. She continues attending class with minimal assistance climbing up and down the stairs and mingling with her classmates.
Her schooling is thru the assistance of Kapatid ng CSNB foundation.
IV. Medical History:
Angel is constantly in the hospital treating her clubfoot and receiving therapy. As she grows older her susceptibility to infection worsens her kidney infection. She also has colostomy tube that her mom cleanse as needed.
V. Recommendations:
Continue follow up of lessons at home, medications and regular check-up to her attending physician.
Educational assistance due to limited financial capability.

DONATION/PLEDGES
To ensure that CSNB maintains the highest standard of education and meet the needs of all stakeholders, CSNB's scheme is not to actually declare that no fee is paid to, since without cash flow, the institution will cease to exist. The school through different ways of funding will actually offset those donations to expenses being incurred by its operation. Hence, such donations are IN TRUST for CSNB for the services given to the SCHOLARS. Those who can afford, pays the corresponding fee, which neutralizes and covers any amount that is not entirely afforded by the other group of children.
Please choose how you wish your donations should be carried out. A receipt and a semestral newsletter will be issued to the email address or mailing address you will provide.

Any generous amount shall be credited to our general fund to for the purchase of needed provisions, special materials or other professional consultation for the disabled pupils.
II. FOR A DISABLED CHILD
If you wish you can distantly adopt a child by sponsoring his/her monthly school fee

DOLLAR CURRENCY: For just $18/month or 60 cents per day
STERLING: For just £11/ month or 37 pence per day
