TOWARDS GREATER SERVICE AND OPPORTUNITY!!!

To fortify all the works we have been doing, I am so excited that I have been granted 4 months sabbatical leave from my work here in U.K. Hence, commencing June 2011, I will be in CSNB to ascertain and work on Four things; (1) to prepare my settlement in the Philippines with my family in 5 years time making CSNB my only work priority; (2) to continue to empower and benchmark the performance of the school against our core standard, bedrock programs and suggestions highlighted on the service evaluations of the parents and students, very vividly listed to improve the quality and efficiency of (a) facility (b) maintenance of the school, rooms, toilets (c) more equipment and computers and better schedule for hands-on practice (d) better canteen service (e) harmonizing new extracurricular activities (f) computerization for efficient data and account processing; (3) to implement the pay band and pay point system by meeting with a matching panel to approve pay assimilation of employees to the biggest pay out in a private school; And lastly, my visit will kick-off (4) the review and implement our master plans, one of which is to ensure Kapatid ng CSNB Foundation extend its fund drives and services from the local, provincial and national level by 2020.
further, let me extend my utmost gratitude to all our stakeholders past and present for the support you have given CSNB, your help and commitment does echoes to great distance. To "tatay" Atty. Gabriell Cruz and to Mam Gloria de Guzman who both passed away this year, thank you so much for the trust you gave me and fro the invaluable contribution to CSNB when it was still struggling in its early years. And to all Alumni, graduates, students, Ninans, teachers, and fellow parents and most especially, the School Boards, let me reaffirm my commitment that I will continue to give our dear CSNB innovative and creative services that open better opportunities for the studentry in particular and the CSNB community in general.... today and in the years to come! God bless us all and congratulations to all parents and the graduates!
